We built this site to help manufactured home buyers get the same quality of financial information that conventional homebuyers take for granted. A lot of what is written about mobile home loans online is sales copy from dealers or surface-level content from general mortgage sites that do not understand how chattel loans or FHA Title I programs actually work. We try to do better, and reader feedback is how we stay accurate.
The fastest way to reach us is email. We aim to reply within two business days. If you are writing to report a mistake in a calculator result or a number in an article, please include the page URL and the inputs you used so we can reproduce the issue. If you are suggesting a topic or a new calculator, a short description of the problem you are trying to solve is more useful than a specific feature request. We will figure out the right way to build it.
What we cannot do: we are not a lender and we cannot give personalized recommendations about your specific loan situation. For that, you need to talk to a HUD-approved lender or a licensed mortgage broker who can look at your credit, income, and the specific home you are financing.
